Inside Sales Executive (Tender & Digital Marketing)

Requirements:
Work closely with the Edall Systems Admin Team and assist senior management in tendering and inside sales activities.
Identify, track, and apply for Government and Private Tenders related to:
- Drone Supply Tenders
- Custom Drone Development Requirements
- UAV, LiDAR, GIS & Survey Projects
- IT Hardware and Technical Equipment Requirements
Regularly monitor GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals, and other relevant tender platforms.
Assist seniors in preparation and submission of technical and commercial bid documents.
Compile and organize documentation including EMDs, BOQs, compliance documents, technical specifications, certificates, and company credentials.
Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to gather specifications and compliance details for submissions.
Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all tender-related documents.
Follow up with departments, authorities, and clients regarding tender status and clarifications.
Maintain systematic records of submitted, ongoing, and awarded tenders.
Support Business Development activities including proposal formatting and documentation.
Create and manage social media marketing activities for the company.
Develop and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms to promote drone products, services, and achievements.
Engage with audience and improve online brand visibility.
Maintain marketing reports and tender pipeline updates.
Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
